Globalvest is dedicated to selecting and training candidates that we believe will become successful traders.
We offer a compelling opportunity for new traders to join our training program and provide state-of-the-art trading facilities, complete support and the opportunity to work alongside successful traders. We have an extensive structured training program for all new trainees incorporating theory and practice, hands-on coaching and simulated real-time trading.
Hiring & Training Process
Targeted applications will be considered from highly motivated successful graduates showing an understanding of and real passion for the markets.
Candidates chosen to participate in the program will never be asked to pay for training or to make a capital contribution.
The hiring process is structured as a 3 month unpaid training program, from which we hire our salaried traders. Traders are then paid a salary with monthly performance-based bonus opportunities.

Globalvest is interested in applications from the following candidates:
- A masters/bachelors degree graduate in exact sciences, computer science, economics, statistics, mathematics, industrial management engineering, physics, chemistry, management or business administration.
- Competitive drive and strong demonstrated interest in trading as a career.
- Ability to manage risk and make decisions under pressure.
- Intelligence with proven quantitative & analytical skills.
- Willingness to work hard and around long/late hours while global markets are active.
Consideration will be given to candidates able to demonstrate the necessary skills and abilities to become a successful trader.
